- Upgrade Browser: You may also want to upgrade your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) to the most current version.
- File Size: Download time will depend on the speed of your internet connection.
- Save PDF Files: It is recommended that you right click (PC) or CTRL-click (Mac) to save the file to your hard drive rather than opening it in your browser. Once the file is downloaded to your hard drive, then open with Adobe Reader and print or view it.
- Allow to Download Completely: If you do open the file in your browser, the file will open to the first page before it is done downloading completely in the background so please be patient when accessing the pages following the first page. Download speed will depend on your internet connection.
- Mac Users: Please make sure that your computer associates .pdf files with the Adobe Reader program.
