CVI Endorsements for International Travel: Must Go to Washington Office After 2/10/12

After February 10, 2012, certificates of veterinary inspection ("health certificates") for international travel will no longer be endorsed by the Oregon area APHIS office, which is scheduled for closure in Spring 2012.
After this date, endorsement of CVIs will be available by appointment and return mail service through the Washington area office:
