Oregon Animal Health Foundation: Memorial Card Program

The Oregon Animal Health Foundation Memorial Card program is a way to offer your sympathy to your clients at their time of loss. Your participation in the program also helps to support OAHF programs and endeavors.

Established in 1983, the Oregon Animal Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that fosters and promotes animal welfare and the human-animal bond through public relations, scholarships, and grants. It is supported by private gifts from the public and by donations from veterinarians in the form of memorial contributions.
