Submit or Renew a Classified Ad

Classified ads will appear in one issue of the OVMA member newsletter (published bimonthly) and on this Web site for 2 months.

Ads are posted on this Web site within 2 business days of receipt of ad and payment.

Renewals and payment must received by the deadline or the ad will be removed from the newsletter after one issue and Web site after two months.

Word Limit

  • 75 words per ad, including contact information.

  • August newsletter: July 15
  • October newsletter: September 15
  • December newsletter: November 15

Blind Ads

We offer a blind ad service for $20 per ad, in addition to the ad placement fee. This means responses come directly to the OVMA and are forwarded to you. If you would like your ad to be a blind ad, indicate on the form below how you would like to receive your responses. Responses to e-mail blind ads will be sent to contact@oregonvma.org and forwarded to your designated e-mail address. Responses to USPS blind ads will be directed to the OVMA office, and forwarded to you by US mail once per week. Note: If you want people to reply to your own work or private e-mail address directly, this is NOT considered a blind ad and the $20 fee does not apply.

Ad Removal

If you wish to discontinue your ad and have it removed from the site, please send us an e-mail. If you have hired a DVM, please let us know whom you've hired, so we can update our records. Thank you!

Classified Ad
If you are renewing an existing ad, please include the name of the ad. You do not have to resubmit the ad text in the field below, unless you are making changes to your ad.
If you would like your ad to be anonymous, you can choose to place a blind ad. There is a $20 fee per issue for a blind ad, in addition to the ad placement fee. Responses to e-mail blind ads will be sent to contact@oregonvma.org and forwarded to your designated e-mail address as we receive them. Responses to USPS blind ads will be directed to the OVMA office, and forwarded to you by US mail once per week. *Note: If do NOT want your ad to be "anonymous," please skip this step.*

Ads longer than 75 words will not be posted until edited to fit the word limit. If this is a renewal, you can leave this field blank or type "Renewal" above. There is a per issue charge as described in the payment section below.

You will receive a receipt by e-mail after submitting this form.

Prepayment is required before ads will be placed. Payment in US funds only.

Fees

Employment, Equipment & Practice Ads

OVMA Members: $25 per ad per issue
Non-Members: $125 per ad per issue

Relief & Consultant Ads

OVMA Members: $100 per ad per year
Non-Members: $300 per ad per year

Blind Ad Fee

$20 per ad per issue, plus ad fee (above)
