Membership Renewals

Please remit the hard copy membership application PDF and mark renewing member or contact the OVMA by e-mail, fax (503-363-4218) or phone (800-235-3502) to renew.

Membership Application

Upon receiving your application we will add you to the roster in good faith so that you can begin getting the newsletter and other important mailings. The OVMA Board must officially approve all applications. We will notify you of your membership status once you have been approved.

We are only able to accept applications from veterinarians in North America.
